Eliza was saying her bedtime prayers and I was kneeling right next to her.

Eliza:  .... please bless that I can be good, and bless Mom that she'll remember that she is going to make pancakes for breakfast....


(she'll be glad to know, I believe Heavenly Father knows her by name and loves her and that He answers her prayers.)

Hello Kitty

For Christmas this year, Eliza got a Hello Kitty Art Kit.  

In it there were stickers that she was very generous with.

At the Dance

There aren't many things better in life than a Dad being a Dad.

Seriously a room full of awesomeness!  

I got to stay and help keep the refreshments stocked 

and had a really hard time not tearing up just watching all of the Dads being so sweet to their girls.  

The Dads actually looked like they were having a good time and they were all dancing!  

Rob had the most daughters at the dance.  A fact that he took great pride in.

 "Come on ride the train..."  Can I get a "Whoo whoo!"

The Decor

Melynda and I decorated the Daddy Daughter Sweetheart Ball.

It turned out beautifully with a little help from some great friends and awesome Student Council girls!

Soon they were off to the school for an awesome night of fun and dancing at the

17 yrs.

For our anniversary this year Rob and I went to the Mesa Temple.  

It was awesome to be where it all began so long ago.  

It has been a great life!  I am so grateful that Rob is on my team!  

He is my very favorite thing in the whole world!

Here we are our freshman year at BYU going to the Christmas dance.

Basketball pictures

Price had a great season!  Now we get a little bit of free time!!!  

For all of the games I went to this season and for all of the pictures that I took, it seems like I would have a better selection.  It isn't easy to take pictures of moving objects in a poorly lighted gym from far away.  Oh well since I will most likely be spending a lot more of my time doing this, I am determined to get better at it.  We'll see...

I did get some great pictures of guys on Price's team and even some awesome pictures of the other team's players.  Maybe I'll just start focusing on everyone else's kids and a great one of Price just might turn up. :)

I never dreamed that one day I would have half a set of my own.

1st place!

Price is always playing basketball every year when our Stake's youth olympics comes around.  He is usually at games or practice during each of the events so hasn't really been able to participate.  One Saturday before Youth Olympics Price was "totally bored" and "didn't have anything to do."  So I did what any mom would do, I sent him outside with my camera and said, "Take pictures of your sisters!  Doesn't that sound fun!?"  We didn't know there was a budding photographer in the making...
