Lane really has a hard time waking up in the morning. Usually the little kids go to bed at 8:00. I told her maybe she should go to bed a little earlier so that she could get more sleep. At the time I was kind of joking but she took it literally. Yesterday was the last day of school for the Christmas break and I let the kids stay up late to celebrate.
Lane came up to me at 8:15 in her pj's and said, "I'm putting myself to bed now, you are going to want to come in and kiss me."
