Made one of my dreams come true!
You know when you are driving with your dad on the way up to Utah and you see this sign that says Horseshoe Bend and you wonder what that could possibly be and you ask your dad if you can stop, but we are half way to Grandma's house and he has a schedule to keep, so he says no and you are left wondering....
.... then one day, many years later, you find yourself with a husband and 5 children of your own
in Page, AZ on a Sunday afternoon trying to keep the Sabbath Day holy, with a few hours to kill
and a dream in your heart....
...you find yourself on a hike, in your church clothes
(cause you are the only one that didn't bring something to change into)
that turns out to be a lot longer than you had anticipated,
walking in sandals through burning, deep, dusty sand, trying to convince your children that this is fun and wondering why are we doing this?
Then you turn a corner and see this.....
Um yeah, totally worth it!!!!!
Dreams really do come true!
