At Family Home Evening tonight Eliza was the scripture and prayer. She was so excited because she knew exactly which scripture she was going to share because she learned it at church today, her teacher even marked the scripture in her Bible. She read a scripture about Jesus being taken to Pilate. We thought she probably didn't know what she was reading but was proud of her for doing such a good job reading. Then we asked her the scripture and she told us the whole story.
Rob: So you are talking about just before Jesus was crucified?
Eliza: Dad, it's cross-i-fied (real condescending like)
Rob: No Liza, it crucified, who told you that?
Eliza: Well, He got cross-i-fied on the cross
Everyone else: No Liza, it's He was crucified
Eliza: Oh, hehe
